When you think of a gun shop, it’s unlikely you also think of etiquette, but it’s important to follow certain rules of etiquette within our shop to keep yourself, our other patrons, and our employees safe at all times. Here are a few rules of etiquette on what you should and should not do when you visit our gun shop.

Do…
- Do treat the gun as fully loaded: We do not keep any loaded firearms in our gun shop, but it’s always best practice and safest to treat the gun as fully loaded and dangerous, so you can handle it with care and attention with where and how you hold it.
- Do handle our guns with care: We aim to keep the guns we sell and rent out in top condition. Please be sure to handle the firearms you look at with great care.
- Do ask questions: Our staff are highly experienced and knowledgeable. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have, make recommendations, and provide information or advice. You are also free to ask us about any specific firearms in our gun shop you would like to take a closer look at.
Don’t…
- Don’t point the gun at other people: Even when handling an unloaded firearm, it’s always best to keep it pointed down at the ground rather than at people.
- Don’t put your finger on the trigger: When handling firearms in our gun shop (whether it be one of ours or your own), your finger should never touch the trigger of the gun in order to keep everyone in the shop safe.
When you follow these important rules, you can enjoy a positive time and ensure the safety of everyone inside our gun shop.
